Freeze Pad is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final once your download has been accessed.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase:

It won't run on a supported system. If Freeze Pad won't install or load on a supported setup (macOS 11+, any AU or VST3 host) and we can't fix it with you within 7 days, we'll give you a full refund.
Charged in error / duplicate purchase. If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact us and we'll refund it.

Try before you buy: we offer a free demo so you can make sure Freeze Pad works on your system and sounds right for you before purchasing.
